Patrick W. Michenfelder

J.D. 1992, Lewis and Clark Law School; B.A.1988, University of Minnesota. Pat has extensive experience representing clients in all facets of complex commercial, construction, and real estate-related disputes. He also represents selected personal injury and divorce clients. As one of the firm’s litigators, his work includes trials, arbitrations, and appeals. He has successfully tried numerous cases, in both state and federal forums. He also has substantial experience in mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Pat has been chosen to lecture to other attorneys on the topic of civil litigation. He previously worked for a United States District Judge.

Pat is a member of the 18th Judicial District Bar Association, the Hennepin County Bar Association, the Minnesota Trial Lawyers’ Association, and the Minnesota Bar Association. He also is a member of the I-94 West Chamber of Commerce. He volunteers his time as a coach and judge for the Minnesota Mock Trial program, a program that gives high school students the opportunity to explore the legal profession. Outside of work, Pat enjoys golfing, reading, and spending time with his family.
