J.D. 2001, William Mitchell College of Law; B.S. 1996, summa cum laude, University
of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Since Nathan joined the firm in 2002, he has
successfully handled a wide variety of transactions and disputes. He focuses his practice
on business organizations and transactions, sports law, and employment matters, particularly
executive and other key employee issues.
He is a member of the Minnesota Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and
the Sports Lawyers Association. He is licensed to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin
State Courts and the 8th Circuit Federal Court. He frequently engages in public speaking
to area business leaders. Outside of his work, Nathan volunteers with youth sports programs
in the area. He is also on the Board of Trustees at Buffalo Hospital, is a member of the St. Michael Lions Club,
and a past-president and current member of the Rotary Club of St. Michael-Albertville. His hobbies include
golfing, playing basketball, and spending time with his family.
