J.D. 2006, William Mitchell College of Law; B.A. 2003, University of Minnesota. Fred
practices in the areas of real estate law, business law, family law, civil litigation, and
criminal defense. He is a member of the Ramsey County Bar Association and the Minnesota Bar
Association. Fred has significant experience in the area of personal injury law, and he has
a deep appreciation for the legal system’s power to help individuals and families.
He enjoys volunteering in the community by mentoring at-risk teens and assisting victims of
serious crimes. As part of his volunteer work, he has provided more than three hundred hours of
pro bono (free) legal services through various programs. Besides staying civically involved, Fred
enjoys skiing, wakeboarding, golfing, fishing, and traveling.
